I highly recommend Amelia. I had 4 properties in Atlanta and she successfully sold them for me at the best possible prices. She worked for me remotely since I live out of Atlsnta. She helped me not only selling the homes efficiently but also with repairs and making sure my homes were safe and protected. Ms. Inman was a PRO with helping us find a home. We had gone thru 5 Agents and was really impressed by her Professionalism and her Punctuality( which isn't always easy to do in Atlanta). She assisted us from finding a home to Closing. This is our 7th home purchase and the fastest we have ever closed on a property! Amelia Inman is now OUR real estate agent and we REFUSE to work with any other agent.

Amelia is the best realtor ever! I purchased my first home in Lithonia. She helped me every step of the way... she matched me with a down payment assistance program and I did not have to bring any money to the closing table! She negotiated with the seller on my behalf and I received full closing costs from seller, washed/ dryer, home warranty, and termite bond!!!
